All successfully processed deposits will be credited directly to your boss97 account balance. boss97 does not charge any additional fees for deposit transactions. However, your payment provider may apply charges depending on their own terms of service.

Bets accepted and confirmed by the boss97 system are valid and binding. A bet slip showing confirmation serves as proof that your bet has been received. Bets placed after a market's closing time — whether for pre-match or in-play — will not be accepted by the system.
Bet winnings are calculated based on the odds applicable at the time the bet is received and confirmed. boss97 is not responsible for any odds discrepancies that occur between the time you view the odds and the time the bet is processed due to normal market movements.
All match results are determined based on official outcomes issued by the relevant sports governing body. In cases where an official result is updated or reversed after a bet has been settled by boss97, boss97 reserves the right to make adjustments in accordance with the policy in effect at that time.
If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not played within 24 hours of the scheduled time, all bets related to that match will be fully voided and the stakes returned to your account balance. All cancellation and refund decisions are final.
